“The report was extremely well received,” Francesco states. “AI is a major area of focus.”
The company’s participation at the event centers on three areas where AI significantly influences telecommunications operations.
“We have three key areas: AI network, encompassing both deployment and operational aspects; the impact of AI on customer experience—how to rethink care, marketing, and sales in the AI era; and, perhaps less visibly, the role of AI in accelerating software engineering and the software lifecycle,” Francesco elaborates.
“These are the three main areas where we have compelling demos, and we’ve garnered considerable attention from our clients.”
