Kriti is a globally recognized leader in AI, bringing extensive experience in developing enterprise AI products and promoting responsible AI initiatives at scale.
She comes to IFS from Thomson Reuters, where she held the position of Chief Product Officer for legaltech, overseeing major AI transformations.
As CEO of Nexus Black, Kriti will lead the design and implementation of domain-specific, agentic AI tailored for asset- and service-intensive industries, including manufacturing, energy, aerospace, and construction.
She plans to collaborate closely with customers to deliver practical, scalable AI applications that tackle complex, high-value, industry-specific challenges—ranging from predicting critical asset failures to optimizing global supply chains.
In her new role, Kriti aims to go beyond generic Gen AI tools, focusing instead on contextual, agentic AI that provides real-world intelligence and transformative business outcomes.
